The challenge
The founders wanted to launch a serious supplement brand without holding tens of thousands of pounds in stock. Off-the-shelf dropshipping tools couldn't handle UK supplier logic, VAT, or the margin structure they needed to be viable.
Our approach
We designed and built a bespoke WooCommerce platform with a custom plugin that routes orders directly to UK suppliers, keeps pricing and stock in sync, and automates fulfilment end-to-end, so the team can focus on marketing and range, not admin.
